کارایی مدیریت شیمیایی علفهای هرز در نظامهای کشاورزی رایج و حفاظتی منطقه سرد خراسان رضوی
کاربرد شخم حفاظتی با حفظ بقایا میتواند پاسخی به نگرانی اصلی در مورد از بین رفتن خاک باشد. این پژوهش، به منظور بررسی تأثیر روشهای مختلف خاکورزی و میزان بقایای گیاهی، بر کارایی مبارزه شیمیایی علفهای هرز، در مزرعه تحقیقاتی جلگه رخ (خراسان رضوی) طی سالهای زراعی 95-93، در قالب طرح کرتهای دوبار خردشده با سه تکرار و در تناوب چغندر قند، جو، ذرت، گندم اجرا شد. کرتهای اصلی، سه روش خاکورزی متداول، کم خاک ورزی و بیخاکورزی و کرتهای فرعی، شامل مدیریت بدون بقایا، حفظ 30 درصد و حفظ 60 درصد بقایای محصول بود. مهار شیمیایی، مهار دستی و تیمار بدون مهار علفهای هرز، در کرتهای فرعی دوم قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که کاربرد علفکشهای چغندرقند، باعث کاهش معنی دار تراکم (31 درصد) و وزن خشک (57 درصد) علفهایهرز و افزایش معنی دار عملکرد (64 درصد)، نسبت به شاهد شد اما نتوانست از کاهش معنی دار عملکرد ریشه چغندرقند در دو نظام حفاظتی در مقایسه با نظام رایج جلوگیری کند. اثر خاکورزی، بقایا و مبارزه شیمیایی بر عملکرد جو معنی دار نشد و از این نظر، گیاه زراعی جو، در نظام حفاظتی، مطلوب ارزیابی شد. خاکورزی رایج در ذرت، موجب کاهش معنی دار علفهای هرز (83 درصد نسبت به بی خاک ورزی) شد. عملکرد دانه ذرت در نظام خاکورزی رایج و کم خاکورزی (به ترتیب 53/3 و 33/4 تن در هکتار)، نسبت به نظام بی خاکورزی (14/3 تن در هکتار)، به طور معنی داری افزایش یافت. مبارزه شیمیایی با علفهایهرز، موجب افزایش معنیدار عملکرد ذرت (23 درصد نسبت به شاهد بدون وجین)، همسطح با وجین دستی شد. در گندم، بهترین عملکرد دانه در نظام کم خاکورزی، وجود 30 درصد بقایا و مبارزه شیمیایی با علفهایهرز به دست آمد.

پاسخ علفهرز بید علفی (Epilobium ciliatum Raf.) مقاوم به پاراکوات، دایکوات و گلایفوسیت به برخی از علفکشهای جایگزین
بید علفی (Epilobium ciliatum Raf.) علفهرزی رایج در مزارع و باغات میباشد. این گونه اغلب توسط علفکشهای دایکوات، پاراکوات (گروه دی) و گلایفوسیت (گروه جی) کنترل میشود. اما گزارشها حاکی از وقوع مقاومت در این گونه به هر دو گروه از علفکشهای نام برده میباشد. بدین منظور آزمایشی در سال 2017 با کاربرد چهار گروه از علفکشها شامل گلوفوسینیت (بازدارنده گلوتامین سینتتاز)، امسیپیآ و فلورکسیپیر (شبه اکسین)، فلازاسولفورن (بازدارندههای استولاکتات سینتاز) و پری فلوفن-اتیل وکارفنترازون (بازدارندههای پروتوپرفیرینوژن اکسیداز) در دانشگاه کوردوبا (اسپانیا) به منظور کنترل این گونه صورت گرفت. بررسی کارایی علفکشهای مذکور بر تودههای حساس و مقاوم بید علفی با کاربرد هشت دز از هر علفکش در هشت تکرار صورت گرفت. 21 روز پس از تیمار علفکشها، دز کاهش دهنده تعداد بوته (LD50) و کاهش وزن تر (GR50) تا 50 درصد اندازهگیری شد. نتایج نشان داد که درجات مختلفی از مقاومت (FR) بین دو بیوتیپ حساس و مقاوم بید علفی از نظر وزنتر و تعداد بوتههای زنده مانده پس از کاربرد تمام علفکشها وجود داشت. اگرچه نتایج نشان داد که بجز فلورکسیپیر که برای کنترل بیوتیپ مقاوم به دز (05/363 گرم در هکتار) بیشتر از دز توصیه شده (300 گرم در هکتار) نیاز داشت، تمام علفکشها توانستند در مقدار کمتر از دز توصیه شده هر دو بیوتیپ مقاوم و حساس را به خوبی کنترل نمایند. اما نتایج نشان میدهد که گونهی مقاوم به علفکش بیشتری نیاز داشت، برای همین امر توصیه میشود با احتیاط بیشتر میتوان از همهی علفکشهای مورد مطالعه به منظور مدیریت مناسب این علفهرز استفاده نمود.

اثر زمان کاربرد بر کارایی دز علف کش در کنترل علف های هرز ذرت (Zea mays)
به منظور ارزیابی کارایی مقادیر مختلف مخلوط علفکش نیکوسولفورون و بروموکسینیل+امسیپیای در زمانهای مختلف کاربرد در کنترل علفهایهرز ذرت (Zea mays) در سال 1396 در منطقه کرج، آزمایشی بهصورت کرتهای خرد شده (اسپلیت پلات) با سه تکرار انجام شد. کرتهای اصلی شامل چهار زمان کاربرد (مراحل رشدی مختلف ذرت: دو تا سه، سه تا چهار، چهار تا شش و شش تا هشت برگی) و کرتهای فرعی شامل دزهای 0، 25، 50، 75 و 100 درصد دز توصیه شده مخلوط علفکش بودند. ارتباط بین دز علفکش و وزن خشک علفهایهرز در زمانهای مختلف کاربرد، با استفاده از مدل دز-پاسخ توصیف شد. برآورد پارامترها نشان داد که پارامتر ED50 (دز علفکش مورد نیاز برای کاهش 50 درصد وزن خشک علفهایهرز)، تحت تأثیر زمان کاربرد مخلوط علفکش قرار گرفت و با به تأخیر انداختن آن، میزان آن از شش به 54 درصد دز توصیه شده افزایش یافت. به طورکلی، برآوردهای به دست آمده از برازش مدل دز-پاسخ به گونههای علفهرز غالب مزرعه نشان داد که علفهرز سلمهتره در مقایسه با دو گونه تاجریزی و تاجخروس خوابیده، نسبت به مخلوط علفکش نیکوسولفورون و بروموکسینیل+ امسیپیای حساستر بود. برای بررسی ارتباط بین عملکرد و یا وزن خشک ذرت با دز علفکشها در زمانهای مختلف کاربرد، از مدل خطی استفاده شد. نرخ افزایش عملکرد و وزن خشک کل ذرت، به ازای هر درصد افزایش در میزان علفکشهای مصرفی (پارامتر b1)، با تاخیر در کاربرد آنها، کاهش یافت. به عنوان مثال در مورد عملکرد علوفه ذرت، از 45/0 در زمان کاربرد دو تا سه برگی ذرت، به 15/0 در زمان شش تا هشت برگی رسید. در مجموع، با به تاخیر انداختن زمان کاربرد مخلوط علفکش تا مرحله شش تا هشت برگی ذرت، کارایی آنها در کنترل علفهایهرز کاهش یافت و برای رسیدن به عملکرد مطلوب، به مقادیر بیشتری از علفکش نیاز بود.

اثر تراکم بوته ارقام گندم بهاره (Triticum aestivum and T.durum)بر رقابت با علفهرز پنیرک (Malva rotundifolia) در شرایط محیطی بوشهر
به منظور بررسی اثر تراکم بوته بر قدرت رقابت ارقام گندم و علف هرز پنیرک (Malva rotundifolia) در شرایط محیطی استان بوشهر، تحقیقی در سال زراعی 93-1392 و در دو آزمایش مجزا (رقابت و عدم رقابت با علفهرز)، هر یک بصورت فاکتوریل و در قالب طرح بلوک های کامل تصادفی با چهار تکرار انجام شد. فاکتورهای آزمایشی شامل چهار رقم گندم (چمران، یاواروس، کوهدشت و زاگرس) و چهار تراکم بوته گندم بودند. هر کرت فرعی به صورت فرضی، به دو بخش مساوی عاری از علف هرز و با علف هرز تقسیم شد. نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش تراکم بوته گندم، عملکرد دانه، تعداد دانه در سنبله و تعداد سنبله در متر مربع به طور معنیداری افزایش یافت. در شرایط بدون رقابت، بیشترین و کمترین میانگین عملکرد دانه، به ترتیب به رقم چمران (7/3721 کیلوگرم در هکتار) و زاگرس (3/3040 کیلوگرم در هکتار) اختصاص داشت. در شرایط رقابت با پنیرک، بیشترین میانگین عملکرد دانه در رقم یاواروس مشاهده شد که با چمران تفاوت معنیداری نداشت. یاواروس دارای بیشترین شاخص رقابت با پنیرک (AWC) بود. افزایش تراکم تا 500 بوته، باعث افزایش توان رقابت گندم شد، بهطوریکه کاهش میانگین عملکرد دانه ارقام گندم در رقابت با پنیرک در تراکمهای 350 و 500 بوته در مترمربع، به ترتیب 18 و 5/8 درصد بود. تفاوت زیست توده علفهرز پنیرک در میان ارقام و تراکم بوته گندم در سطح احتمال یک درصد معنیدار بود. بیشترین و کمترین زیست توده پنیرک، به ترتیب در رقابت با ارقام زاگرس و یاواروس مشاهده شد. بهطور کلی، نتایج نشان داد که توان ارقام گندم در پایداری عملکرد و رقابت با پنیرک متفاوت است و با افزایش تراکم تا 500 بوته در مترمربع، قدرت رقابت ارقام گندم با پنیرک را افزایش مییابد.

بررسی روش های مدیریت اویارسلام ارغوانی (Cyperus rotundus) در مزارع پیاز جیرفت
اویارسلام ارغوانی، یکی از مشکلسازترین علفهایهرز مزارع پیاز است. با هدف بررسی روشهای مختلف مدیریتی این علفهرز، آزمایشی در سال زراعی 97-1396، در مرکز تحقیقات و آموزش کشاورزی جنوب کرمان، بهصورت طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار اجرا شد. تیمارهای آزمایش شامل دوبار دیسک سنگین+ گلیفوسیت، شخم سنگین+ دیسک، متریبوزین، پندیمتالین (استامپ)، وجین دستی، آفتابدهی خاک، آفتابدهی خاک+ گلیفوسیت، عدم کنترل علفهایهرز، پندیمتالین (پرول)، سه بار شخم و دوبار دیسک سنگین+ دوبارگلیفوسیت بودند. نتایج نشان داد که اثر تیمارهای مختلف بر وزن خشک اندام هوایی، زیرزمینی و تراکم اویارسلام ارغوانی، قطر گردن، تعداد برگ و عملکرد پیاز معنی دار بود بهطوریکه تیمار تلفیق دوبار دیسک + دوبار گلیفوسیت، تراکم و وزن خشک اندام زیرزمینی و هوایی اویارسلام ارغوانی را بهترتیب 86، 87 و 2/87 درصد کاهش داد و عملکرد پیاز را 83 درصد نسبت به تیمار شاهد افزایش داد. بنابراین، تلفیق دیسک و گلیفوسیت بر کنترل اویارسلام ارغوانی مطلوب و قابل توصیه است.

اثر گیاهان پوششی بر کنترل علفهایهرز و عملکرد دانه ذرت در شرایط خاکورزی حفاظتی
کاشت گیاهان پوششی قبل از گیاه اصلی همراه با خاکورزی حفاظتی، یکی از روشهای موثر در کنترل علفهایهرز و رسیدن به کشاورزی پایدار است. به این منظور، آزمایشی در سال زراعی 95-1394، با انتخاب شش تیمار جو پاییزه (Hordeum vulgare)، چاودار پاییزه (Secale cereal)، کلزا (Brassica napus)، ماشک گلخوشهای (Vicia villosa)، شبدر کریمسون (Trifolium incarnatum) و تیمار شاهد در یک سیستم بیخاکورزی در مزرعه پژوهشی مرکز تحقیقات کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی استان اردبیل (مغان)، در قالب طرح بلوک کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار اجرا شد. اثر تیمارها بر تراکم کل علفهایهرز، معنیدار بود. کاهش تراکم کل علفهایهرز زمستانه و بهاره در تیمارهای جو پاییزه، چاودار پاییزه، کلزا، ماشک گلخوشهای و شبدر لاکی، به ترتیب 5/83، 25/77، 25/66، 51 و 25/26 درصد نسبت به شاهد به دست آمد. کاهش تراکم علفهایهرز با افزایش میزان پوشش سطح خاک و زیستتوده توسط گیاهان پوششی همراه بود. بیشترین زیستتوده، به ترتیب در تیمارهای جو پاییزه، چاودار پاییزه، کلزا، ماشکگل خوشهای و شبدر لاکی به دست آمد. اثر گیاهان پوششی بر عملکرد دانه ذرت معنیدار بود و عملکرد دانه ذرت در تیمارهای جو پاییزه، چاودار، کلزا، ماشک گلخوشهای، شبدر لاکی و شاهد بدون گیاهپوششی، به ترتیب 12/9، 45/8، 92/7، 93/6، 52/6 و 31/6 تن بر هکتار بود. با توجه به نتایج این آزمایش، میتوان غلات را در تلفیق با خاکورزی حفاظتی به کار برد تا ضمن کنترل پایدار علفهایهرز و کاهش نهادههای شیمیایی، در نهایت به عملکرد مطلوبی دست یافت.

اثر مقدار کاربرد و زمان مصرف اختلاط علفکشهای ریمسولفورون، اگزادیارژیل و متریبوزین بر زیست توده علفهایهرز و عملکرد غده سیبزمینی (Solanum tuberosum)
به منظور بررسی اثر اختلاط علفکشهای ریمسولفورون و اگزادیارژیل و همچنین ریمسولفورون و متریبوزین بر زیست توده علفهایهرز و عملکرد غده سیبزمینی، آزمایش در مزرعه تحقیقاتی بابلان دانشگاه محقق اردبیلی در سال 1395 و بهصورت فاکتوریل، در قالب طرح بلوک کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار اجرا شد. فاکتورهای آزمایش شامل نسبت اختلاط علفکشهای مذکور (100 به صفر ، 75:25، 50:50، 25:75 و صفر به 100 )، زمانهای مصرف علفکش در مراحل پیش کاشت و سبز شدن سیبزمینی و اختلاط علفکشهای ریمسولفورون با اگزادیارژیل و ریمسولفورون با متریبوزین بود. همچنین تیمار بدون وجین (با علف هرز)، بهصورت نیمه شاهد متناظر در هر کرت و یک تیمار وجین کامل (بدون علف هرز)، به عنوان شاهد در نظر گرفته شد. نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین درصد کاهش وزن خشک کل علفهای هرز در نسبت اختلاط 25 درصد اگزادیارژیل + 75 درصد ریمسولفورون و 25 درصد متریبوزین + 75 درصد ریمسولفورون در مرحله سبز شدن سیبزمینی بدست آمد. همچنین بعد از تیمار وجین کامل که نسبت به اختلاط علفکشها، عملکرد کل غده سیبزمینی را 33/1 برابر افزایش داد، بیشترین عملکرد کل غده سیبزمینی (با 16/69 درصد افزایش عملکرد کل غده سیبزمینی نسبت به شاهد)، در نسبت اختلاط 25 درصد اگزادیارژیل + 75 درصد ریمسولفورون در مرحله پیش از کاشت سیبزمینی بهدست آمد.

استفاده از تکنیک پردازش تصویر و شبکههای عصبی مصنوعی برای شناسایی علفهایهرز مزارع ذرت
علفهایهرز به صورت لکهای در مزرعه سبز میشوند. سمپاشی لکهای علفهایهرز، موجب کاهش مصرف علفکشها، هزینه و آلودگی محیط زیست میشودد. برای تصمیمگیری در زمینه کنترل توسط فن آوریِ بینایی ماشین که در سمپاشی لکهای به کار میرود، به تصویر و پردازش آن نیاز است. شناسایی درست علفهایهرز و طبقهبندی آنها، کلید اتخاذ تصمیمات کنترلی و اجرای عملیات سمپاشی است. در این تحقیق، روشی مبتنی بر ترکیب پردازش تصویر، برای جداسازی علفهایهرز از سایر اجزای تصویر و شبکۀ عصبی مصنوعی برای طبقهبندی پیشنهاد شده است. علفهایهرز شامل تاج خروس ریشه قرمز،سلمه تره، آفتاب پرست، تاج خروسخوابیده ، تاج ریزی، سوروف و گاورس بودند. نتایج نشان داد که این الگوریتم، با دقت قابل قبولی علفهایهرزرا از خاک جداسازی کرد. در گام بعد، ویژگیهای مرتبط با رنگ و شکل، از علفهایهرز استخراج شدند. سرانجام، به منظور طبقهبندی هفت کلاس علفهرز، از روش شبکه عصبی مصنوعی پرسپترون، با ساختار 7 -15-15-43 و میانگین دقت کل 71/88 درصد استفاده شد. نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه نشان داد که سامانه پیشنهادی، توانایی تشخیص علفهایهرز با دقت مناسب را دارد. کاربرد چنین سامانه هایی میتواند با تشخیص به موقع علفهایهرز و کاهش مصرف علفکشها، بروز پدیده مقاومت علفهایهرز به علفکشها را به تاخیر اندازد و آلودگیهای زیست محیطی را کاهش دهد.

اثر لوماکس به تنهایی و در اختلاط با روغن کرچک روی فلورسانس کلروفیل a توق (Xanthium strumarium L.)
با هدف مطالعه اثر اختلاطی روغن کرچک با دزهای مختلف علفکش لوماکس (مزوتریون + اس- متالاکلر + تربوتیلازین) بر صفات فیزیولوژیکی توق (Xanthium strumarium L.)، آزمایشی گلخانهای به صورت فاکتوریل و در قالب طرح پایه بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار، در دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه تبریز در سال 1396 اجرا شد. نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش دز علفکش، مساحت منحنی بین حداقل و حداکثر فلورسانس، فلورسانس حداکثر، فلورسانس متغیر، حداکثر کارآیی کوانتومی فتوسیستم دو (Fv/Fm)، فعالیت کمپلکس تجزیه کننده آب در بخش الکترون دهنده فتوسیستم دو و جریان انتقال الکترون در هر مرکز واکنش، به ترتیب 35، 6/15، 6/23، 11، 43 و 83 درصد کاهش یافت درحالیکه فلورسانس حداقل و تغییر در هدررفت گرمائی در گیرندههای فتوسیستم دو، به ترتیب 14 و 4/60 درصد افزایش یافت. روغن کرچک، اثر سینرژیستی روی لوماکس داشت و باعث افزایش کارایی آن روی توق شد. در این تحقیق، رابطه خوبی بین پارامتر Fv/Fm ارزیابی شده در دو روز بعد از سمپاشی، با وزن خشک محاسبه شده در 28 روز بعد از سمپاشی مشاهده شد. یافتههای این آزمایش نشان داد که ارزیابی فلورسانس کلروفیل a، روشی مناسب، غیرتخریبی و سریع، برای بررسی اثر لوماکس، کمی بعد از سمپاشی و قبل از مشاهده علائم ظاهری در گونه علفهرز تیمار شده است.

مدیریت علفهای هرز سیاهدانه (Nigella sativa) با استفاده از مالچ زنده جو پاییزه (Hordeum vulgare) و شبدر برسیم (Trifolium alexandrium)
بهمنظور بررسی اثر گیاهان پوششی جو (Hordeum vulgare) و شبدر برسیم (Trifolium alexandrium) بر کنترل علفهایهرز سیاهدانه (Nigella sativa) و همچنین بررسی بهترین زمان کفبر نمودن گیاهان پوششی، آزمایشی در سال زراعی 96-95 در مزرعه تحقیقاتی پردیس ابوریحان دانشگاه تهران، در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایش شامل شاهد بدون گیاه پوششی و وجین کامل (T1)، شاهد بدون گیاه پوششی بدون وجین (T2)، جو کفبر اول (T3)، جو کفبر دوم (T4)، شبدر کفبر اول (T5) و شبدر کفبر دوم (T6) بود. کفبر اول، پس از استقرار سیاهدانه و کفبر دوم، قبل از به گل رفتن گیاه پوششی انجام شد. نتایج آزمایش نشان داد که بیشترین وزن خشک کل علفهایهرز به میزان 444 گرم در مترمربع، مربوط به تیمار شاهد بدون گیاه پوششی بدون وجین (T2) در زمان نمونهبرداری دوم و کمترین وزن خشک کل علفهایهرز به میزان 28 گرم در مترمربع، مربوط به تیمار شبدر کفبر اول (T5) در زمان نمونهبرداری اول بود. بیشترین عملکرد دانه در تیمار (T5) و تیمار شاهد (T1) به ترتیب با میانگین 527 و 446 کیلوگرم در هکتار و کمترین عملکرد، مربوط به تیمار شاهد (T2) با میانگین 100 کیلوگرم در هکتار مشاهده شد. نتایج کلی نشان داد که تیمار (T5) توانست در زمان نمونهبرداری دوم، زیستتوده علفهایهرز را بهمیزان 4/90 درصد نسبت به شاهد بدون وجین علف هرز کاهش دهد. همچنین گیاه پوششی شبدربرسیم، نه تنها با سیاهدانه رقابت نکرد بلکه توانست عملکرد را نسبت به شاهد بدون گیاه پوششی و وجین کامل (T1)، افزایش دهد.
