بررسی کارایی دوزهای کاهش یافته علفکش اگزادیارژیل درکنترل علفهایهرز سیبزمینی Solanum tuberosum در مراحل مختلف رشدی
به منظور بررسی تأثیر دوزهای کاهش یافته علفکش اگزادیارژیل بهصورت پسرویشی در کنترل علفهایهرز مزارع سیبزمینی، آزمایشی مزرعهای در سال 1392 در ایستگاه تحقیقات کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی آلاروق اردبیل انجام شد. آزمایش به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار و روی رقم آگریا انجام شد. فاکتور اول هفت دز کاهش یافته علفکش اگزادیارژیل شامل صفر، 05/0 ، 1/0 ، 2/0 ، 4/0، 6/0 و 8/0 لیتر ماده مؤثره در هکتار و فاکتور دوم زمان سمپاشی در سه مرحله سبز شدن سیبزمینی، استولونزایی و حجیمشدن غده بود. نتایج نشان داد که کاربرد دوز 8/0 لیتر ماده مؤثره در هکتار به ترتیب باعث کاهش تراکم و زیست توده علفهایهرز به میزان 40/48 و 10/66 درصد شد که با دز 6/0 لیتر ماده مؤثره در هکتار تفاوت معنیداری نداشت. در بین زمانهای مختلف مصرف علفکش اگزادیارژیل، بالاترین درصد کاهش تراکم و زیست توده علفهایهرز در مرحلهی سبز شدن سیبزمینی بود که بیانگر مؤثر بودن علفکش اگزادیارژیل در مرحله سبز شدن سیبزمینی میباشد. از سویی دیگر، کاربرد اگزادیارژیل به میزان 8/0 لیتر ماده مؤثره در هکتار و در مرحله سبزشدن سیبزمینی، بالاترین متوسط وزن غده در بوته و عملکرد کل غده در هکتار را ایجاد کرد اما بر تعداد غده در بوته تأثیر معنیداری ایجاد نکرد.

تعیین دوره بحرانی کنترل علفهایهرز آفتابگردان Helianthus annuus در منطقه مبارکه اصفهان
به منظور تعیین دوره بحرانی کنترل علفهایهرز آفتابگردان (L.Helianthus annuus)رقم ساندرا، در شهرستان مبارکه، استان اصفهان آزمایشی در سال زراعی 92-1391 در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با 14 تیمار و سه تکرار اجرا شد. تیمارها بر اساس روزهای پس از سبز شدن آفتابگردان در دو گروه تیماری کنترل و تداخل علفهایهرز تعیین شدند. در گروه اول، حذف علفهایهرز تا 10، 20، 30، 40، 50 و 60 روز پس از سبز شدن آفتابگردان و سپس حفظ آنها اعمال گردید و در گروه دوم، حفظ آلودگی به علفهایهرز تا مراحل فوق و سپس حذف آنها اعمال شد. دو تیمار شاهد تداخل و کنترل تمام فصل نیز در نظر گرفته شد. نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش طول دورههای تداخل علفهایهرز عملکرد دانه، عملکرد روغن، تعداد دانه در طبق و وزن هزار دانه کاهش معنیداری یافت و با افزایش طول دورههای کنترل این صفات افزایش معنیداری پیدا کرد. با افزایش طول دورههای تداخل علفهایهرز، وزن خشک علفهایهرز افزایش معنیداری پیدا کرد وتراکم علفهایهرز ابتدا افزایش و سپس کاهش یافت. با افزایش طول دورههای کنترل، وزن خشک علفهایهرز و تراکم آنها کاهش معنیداری یافت. دوره بحرانی کنترل علفهایهرز برای آفتابگردان با در نظر گرفتن کاهش مجاز 10 درصد عملکرد دانه، 12 تا 40 روز پس از سبز شدن آفتابگردان (مرحله 4 برگی تا گلدهی) تعیین شد.

تعیین دوره بحرانی کنترل علفهایهرز چغندر قند در منطقه نیمبلوک قاینات خراسان جنوبی
به منظور تعیین دوره بحرانی کنترل علفهایهرز چغندر قند، آزمایشی در سال 1390 در قالب بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با 14 تیمار و چهار تکرار در مرکز آموزش جهاد کشاورزی قاینات اجرا شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل تداخل علفهایهرز تا 2، 4،6، 8، 10 و 12 هفته پس از کاشت و سپس کنترل علفهایهرز تا پایان فصل رشد و کنترل علفهرز تا مراحل مذکور و سپس تداخل علفهایهرز تا پایان فصل رشد و دو شاهد بدون کنترل و کنترل کامل علفهایهرز تا پایان فصل رشد بود. نتایج نشان داد دوره کنترل بحرانی علفهایهرزچغندرقند برای مقادیر 5، 10 ، 15 و 20 درصد کاهش مجاز عملکرد ریشه به ترتیب 10 تا 106، 16 تا 80 ، 24 تا 78 و 31 تا 70 روز پس از کاشت و بر حسب عملکرد قند ناخالص و خالص به ترتیب 8 تا 112 ، 14 تا 95،22 تا 82 و 29 تا 74 روز پس از کاشت بهدست آمد. نتایج تجزیه واریانس صفات کمی و کیفی چغندرقند (عملکرد ریشه، درصد قند ناخالص ودرصد قند خالص) نشان داد بین تیمارهای تداخل و کنترل در سطح یک درصد اختلاف معنیداری وجود دارد. همچنین نتایج تجزیه واریانس عملکرد ماده خشک علفهایهرز نیز حاکی از اختلاف معنیداری بین تیمارهای تداخل و کنترل در سطح یک درصد بود. تجزیه واریانس پتاسیم نشان داد بین تیمارهای تداخل اختلاف معنیداری وجود نداشت ولی در بین تیمارهای کنترل در سطح یک درصد اختلاف معنیداری از نظر مقدار پتاسیم وجود داشت. براساس نتایج حاصل از این آزمایش و درصد کاهش مورد انتظار عملکردریشه شروع دوره بحرانی کنترل 10 تا 31 و پایان آن 70 تا 106 روز پس از کاشت میباشد.

ارزیابی صفات مورفولوژیکی و تولیدمثلی تودههای جودرهHordeum spontaneum ایران در پاسخ به زمان کاربرد علفکش سولفوسولفورون (آپیروس)
به منظور بررسی اثرات ناشی از کاربرد علفکش سولفوسولفورون در مرحله دوبرگی و گره دوم ساقه جودره بر خصوصیات مورفولوژیک و تولیدمثلی تودههای جودره کشور، آزمایشی در سال زراعی92-93 در تهران بصورت فاکتوریل و در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با چهار تکرار اجرا شد. فاکتور نخست شامل دو سطح کاربرد علفکش سولفوسولفورون در مرحله دوبرگی (12GS=) وگره دوم (GS=32) جودره و یک سطح شاهد بدون علفکش و فاکتور دوم 20 توده جمع آوری شده از مناطق مختلف کشور بود. نتایج نشان داد که کاربرد علفکش در هر دو مرحله باعث ایجاد اختلاف آماری با شاهد و کاهش توان رشد و تولیدمثلی جودره شد اما کاربرد سولفوسولفورون در مرحله گره دوم ساقه موثرتر بود. تودههای مورد بررسی در واکنش به تیمار علفکش پاسخهای مورفولوژیک و تولیدمثلی مختلفی را نشان دادند. بدین ترتیب، که تودههای مناطق ورامین، اصفهان، شهرضا و گلپایگان نسبت به سایر تودهها از نظر خصوصیات مورفولوژی و تولیدمثلی کمتر و تودههای مناطق شوش، رامهرمز، فسا بیشتر تحت تاثیر علفکش قرار گرفتند.

تأثیر گیاهان پوششی و کنترل تلفیقی بر مدیریت علفهایهرز و عملکرد غده سیبزمینی در سیستمهای مختلف خاکورزی
با توجه به اهمیت کاهش خاکورزی و کاهش مصرف علفکشها در مدیریت پایدار نظامهای کشاورزی، استفاده از گیاهان پوششی را میتوان به عنوان جایگزین یا مکملی برای کنترل علفهایهرز در نظر گرفت. بدین منظور آزمایشی در سال زراعی 92-1391 در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه بوعلی سینا به صورت کرتهای دوبار خرد شده در قالب طرح پایه بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار، اجرا شد. تیمارهای آزمایش شامل سیستمهای خاکورزی در سه سطح (خاکورزی متداول، خاکورزی حداقل و بدون خاکورزی) در کرتهای اصلی، کاربرد گیاهان پوششی در سه سطح (گیاه پوششی جو (Hordeum vulgare L.)، ماشک (vica villosa roth) و شاهد) در کرتهای فرعی و کنترل تلفیقی علفهایهرز در دو سطح (کنترل و عدم کنترل علفهایهرز) در کرتهای فرعی- فرعی قرار گرفتند. کاربرد گیاهان پوششی جو و ماشک توأم با کنترل تلفیقی علفهایهرز در روش خاکورزی متداول توانست به طور کامل علفهایهرز را کنترل نمایند. کاربرد گیاهان پوششی در تیمار خاکورزی متداول، خاکورزی حداقل و بدون خاکورزی، شاخص تنوع شانون- وینر علفهایهرز را به ترتیب 24/54، 78/33 و 48/54 درصد کاهش داد. میزان کاهش شاخص تنوع شانون- وینر با کاربرد کنترل تلفیقی در روشهای خاکورزی متداول، خاکورزی کاهش یافته و بدون خاکورزی نسبت به تیمار شاهد به ترتیب 66/66، 74/61 و 56 درصد بود. بیشترین عملکرد غده (74/63 تن در هکتار) در روش خاکورزی متداول با کاربرد گیاه پوششی ماشک توأم با کنترل تلفیقی علفهایهرز بدست آمد که 81/55 درصد نسبت به شاهد بدون کنترل علفهرز و گیاه پوششی افزایش داشت.

بررسی تاثیر بقایای نیکوسولفورون کاربردی در مزارع ذرت بر گندم Triticum aestivum، جو Hordeum vulgareو کلزا Brassica napus)
به منظور ارزیابی حساسیت سه گیاه زراعی کلزا، گندم و جو به پسماند علفکش نیکوسولفورون در خاک پس از برداشت ذرت، آزمایشی در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد انجام شد. این پژوهش به صورت آزمایش فاکتوریل در قالب طرح پایه بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار انجام شد. عوامل مورد بررسی در آن به ترتیب شامل کاربرد مواد آلی در خاک در چهار سطح کود گاوی (40 تن در هکتار)، کود ورمیکمپوست (10 تن در هکتار)، کود بیولوژیک میکوریزا (250 گرم در هر متر مربع)، به همراه شاهد بدون کاربرد کود آلی. مقادیر کاربرد علفکش نیکوسولفورون (کروز 4 درصد SC) در دو سطح 80 و 40 گرم ماده موثره در هکتار، و کاربرد و عدم کاربرد ماده افزودنی هیدرومکس (5/0درصد حجمی) بود. در کاشت ذرت هر کرت به دو نیمه کاربرد و عدم کاربرد علفکش به عنوان شاهد متناظر هر تیمار تقسیم شد. پس از برداشت ذرت، هر کرت به سه نیمه طولی تقسیم و اقدام به کشت گیاهان مذکور شد. نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش مقدار مصرف علفکش نیکوسولفورون در ذرت ارتفاع بوته، تعداد سنبله و تعداد خورجین در متر مربع، تعداد دانه در سنبله و درخورجین، وزن هزار دانه، زیست توده اندامهای هوایی و عملکرد دانهی گیاهان کلزا، گندم و جو به طور معنیداری کاهش یافت، همچنین کاربرد هیدرومکس به همراه علفکش سبب کاهش معنیدار زیستتوده اندام هوایی شد. از سوی دیگرکاربرد مواد آلی سبب بهبود رشد گیاهان شد و اثرات منفی مربوط به زیست ماندگاری علفکش نیکوسولفورون را کاهش داد. بطوری که بیشترین عملکرد دانه و کمترین مقدار خسارت حاصل از پسمان علفکش نیکوسولفورون در گیاهان کلزا، گندم و جو به ترتیب 62، 419 و 446 گرم در متر مربع و 33، 23 و 28 درصداز کاربرد تیمارکود گاوی و کاربرد نیکوسولفورون به مقدار 40 گرم ماده موثره در هکتار بدست آمد. از این نظر،حساسیت گیاهان مورد مطالعه به بقایای علفکش نیکوسولفورون به صورت کلزا > جو > گندم تعیین شد.

مطالعه تنوع ژنتیکی درون و بین تودههای تیغ گرگی Carthamus lanatus در مناطق شمال شرق ایران
اطلاع از میزان تنوع ژنتیکی جوامع علفهایهرز به روشهای کنترل بیولوژیک آنها کمک زیادی میکند، مطالعه حاضر، جهت بررسی تنوع ژنتیکی درون و بین تودههای تیغ گرگی (Carthamus lanatus)جمعآوری شده از هشت رویشگاه مختلف استان گلستان با استفاده از 24 نشانگر ISSRانجام شد. با استفاده از 9 نشانگری که حدود 04/26 درصد چندشکلی نشان دادند، میانگین ضریب تشابه بین افراد هر توده بر اساس روش جاکارد و پارامترهای توصیفی نظیر تنوع ژنی نئی، شاخص اطلاعات شانون، درصد جایگاههای چند شکل، تعداد آلل مشاهده شده و تعداد آلل مؤثر محاسبه گردید. بالاترین ضریب تشابه ژنتیکی افراد در تودههای گمیشان و اطراف آن و پایینترین آن در توده بندرترکمن وجود داشت. تجزیه و تحلیل واریانس مولکولی نشان داد که میزان تنوع ژنتیکی درون تودههای مورد بررسی (63 درصد) بیش از تنوع ژنتیکی بین تودهای (23 درصد) بود. بیشترین شاخص تنوع ژنی نئی، اطلاعات شانون، درصد جایگاههای چند شکل، تعداد آلل مشاهده شده و تعداد آلل مؤثر در توده بندر ترکمن و کمترین آنها در تودههای جزیره آشورآده و اینچهبرون محاسبه شد. بنابراین توده بندرترکمن دارای بالاترین و تودههای جزیره آشورآده و اینچهبرون دارای کمترین مقدار تنوع ژنتیکی درون تودهای بودند.

مطالعه تفاوت ژنتیکی تودههای مختلف علفهرز جو دره Hordeum spontaneum با استفاده از نشانگر SSR
بهمنظور بررسی تفاوت ژنتیکی تودههای مختلف جودره در ایران، پژوهشی طی سالهای 93-1392 در گروه زراعت و اصلاح نباتات دانشگاه تهران انجام شد. در این پژوهش 40 توده جمعآوریشده از سراسر کشور با استفاده از 11 نشانگر SSR مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. نتایج بهطور کل نشان داد که تعداد باندهای چند شکل از 2 تا 14 باند برای هر آغازگر متغیر بود. بهطور متوسط 7 باند و 6/5 باند چند شکل برای همه آغازگرها حاصل شد. از کل واریانس مشاهده شده، در حدود 48 درصد تنوع مشاهده شده مربوط به تنوع بین جمعیتها و 52 درصد مربوط به داخل جمعیتها بود که مقدار تمایز بالای بین جمعیتها را نشان میدهد. 40 توده مورد بررسی جودره در 5 گروه مختلف قرارگرفتند. گروه الف) شامل تودههای استان فارس، گروه ب) شامل تودههای یزد، چهارمحال و بختیاری، لرستان، ایلام و یک توده همدان، گروه ج) شامل تودههای قزوین، البرز، خمین، قم و خراسان، گروه د) شامل تودههای کردستان، آذربایجان غربی، اردبیل و قزوین و گروه هـ) شامل تودههای همدان، کردستان و کرمانشاه شدند. قرارگیری تودههای مناطق نزدیک به هم در یک گروه، ممکن است به دلیل نفوذ این تودهها به داخل همدیگر، از طریق ماشین آلات کشاورزی و یا بذور گیاهان زراعی باشد. همچنین به احتمال زیاد فرضیه انتقال بذر جودره از استان فارس، حداقل به مناطق دوردست مانند کرج و ورامین مردود است. آگاهی از تنوع ژنتیکی این علفهرز، میتواند منجر به پیشرفت برنامههای مدیریتی به منظور کنترل مؤثر این علفهرز مخصوصا در مزارع گندم شود.
