کاریرد متوالی علف کشهای پسرویشی جهت کنترل اویارسلام زرد در چمن برموداگراس
به منظور بررسی کارآیی برخی از علفکشها بر کنترل علف هرز اویارسلام زرد در چمن برموداگراس (Cynodon dactylon)، آزمایشی در سال 1393 در فضای سبز منطقه چهار شهر اهواز انجام گرفت. آزمایش در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با شش تیمار و چهار تکرار انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایش شامل: 40 گرم ماده مؤثره متسولورون متیل + سولفوسولفورون (توتال WG80%) در هکتار، دو لیتر اکسادیازینون (رونستار EC12%) در هکتار، یک لیتر کلتودیم (سلکت سوپرEC12%) در هکتار، دو لیتر سیکلوکسیدیم (فوکوس EC10%) در هکتار، 175 گرم نیکوسولفورون+ریمسولفورون (اولتیما EC75%) در هکتار و شاهد عدم کنترل بودند. علفکشها یک بار در ابتدای رویش علف هرز و دو باردیگر، با فاصله زمانی یک ماه تکرار شدند. نتایج نشان داد که تیمارها، اثر معنیداری بر تراکم و وزن خشک اویارسلام زرد داشتند. سه علفکش رونستار، فوکوس و سلکتسوپر به ترتیب با میانگین تأثیر 4/95، 42/93 و 9/90 درصد کنترل در سه مرحله سمپاشی نسبت به شاهد عدم کنترل، تیمارهای برتر بودند. کاربرد علفکشهای توتال، اولتیما و رونستار، به ترتیب باعث خسارت 3/22، 56/19 و 58/13 درصدی به چمن شدند. سایر علفکشها، تأثیر سوء کمتری بر چمن برموداگراس داشتند. در مجموع و از میان علفکشها، فوکوس به دلیل کنترل مناسب اویارسلام زرد و کمتر بودن اثرات سوء آن نسبت به سایر علفکشها بر چمن آفریقایی (برموداگراس)، مناسبتر از سایر علفکشها بود و بنابراین، قابل توصیه میباشد.

پیش بینی الگوی رویش علف های هرز نخودفرنگی در سطوح مختلف نیتروژن
آگاهی از الگوی رویش گیاهچه علفهایهرز میتواند با بهینهسازی زمان کنترل، باعث افزایش کارایی کنترل علفهرز شود. بنابراین آزمایش مزرعهای به منظور توسعه یک مدل زماندمایی برای پیشبینی رویش گیاهچه علفهایهرز مختلف در سطوح مختلف نیتروژن (سطوح شاهد،50 و100کیلوگرم) در مزرعه نخودفرنگی انجام شد. رویش گیاهچهها در طول فصل رشد، از اواسط آذر تا اوایل اردیبهشت، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و مقادیر درصد تجمعی رویش، در رابطه با زمان دمایی، توسط مدل گامپرتز بررسی شد. نتایج نشان داد که صرف نظر از سطح نیتروژن، علف های هرز سیزاب(VeronicapersicaL.)، بیتیراخ(Galium aparine L.)، علف هفتبند (PolygonumaviculareL.)، برای10 درصد رویش، به ترتیب 92،164،170 واحد زمان-دمایی نیاز داشتند. در مقابل، علفهرز دم روباهی(SetariaviridisL.)، رویش خود را دیرتر شروع نمود. علفهایهرز سیزاب، بیتیراخ، علف هفت بند و دم روباهی، جهت 90 درصد رویش گیاهچه ها به ترتیب به486، 274، 731، 422 واحد زمان دمایی نیاز داشتند. همچنین الگوی رویش علفهایهرز، تحت تاثیر نیتروژن تغییر کرد به طوری که استفاده از نیتروژن، پارامتر m را که زمان دمایی لازم برای 50 درصد رویش را نشان میدهد، بجز در دم روباهی، در همه علفهایهرز مطالعه شده، به طور معنی داری تغییر داد. به طور کلی، کاربرد نیتروژن، طول دوره رویش سیزاب را کاهش داد ولی این دوره را در بیتیراخ و هفت بند، نسبت به شاهد افزایش داد. بنابراین، بسته به گونه غالب مزرعه، کاربرد نیتروژن میتواند با افزایش یا کاهش طول دوره مبارزه، هزینه کنترل را تغییر دهد.

تأثیرکشتهای تابستانه بر تراکم و وزن خشک علف های هرز و عملکرد گندم(Triticumaestivum L.) در استان خوزستان
به منظور بررسی تأثیر کشتهای تابستانه بر تراکم و وزن خشک علف های هرز و عملکرد دانه گندم، آزمایشاتی به مدت سه سال (92-93، 93-94 و 94-95)، در سه تکرار و پنج تیمار، در قالب طرح بلوکهای تصادفی به اجرا درآمد. تیمارهای آزمایش عبارت بودند از: کشت گیاه برنج (رقم عنبر بو)، کشت ذرت (رقم سینگل کراس704)، کشت کنجد (رقم بهبهان)، کشت ماش (رقم گوهر) و آیش. در این محصولات، هیچ گونه علف کشی استفاده نشد تا اثر تیمارها بر کشت بعدی مشخص شود. پس از برداشت محصولات فوق در پاییز، کشت گندم (رقم چمران)، در محل کشتهای قبلی انجام شد و نوع و تراکم علف های هرز، در فواصل 15 و 30 روز پس از اوایل پنجه زنی گندم و وزن خشک علفهای هرز اندازهگیری شدند و در پایان آزمایش نیز عملکرد گندم اندازهگیری شد. نتایج نشان داد که در مجموع، چنانچه مبنای قضاوت، تعداد، وزن خشک علف های هرز (بین 55 تا 90 درصد نسبت به شاهد) و همچنین عملکرد دانه گندم(بین 80 تا 200 درصد افزایش نسبت به شاهد) قرار گیرد، در اراضی که مستعد کشت برنج باشند، محصول گندم بعدی، گاهی بی نیاز استفاده ازعلف کش خواهد بود و همچنین در مناطقی که میتوان گیاه ذرت علوفه ای و یا دانهای را کشت کرد، به دلیل آبیاری های مکرر و همچنین آماده سازی برای کشت (نوعی خاکورزی)، از تعداد علف های هرز گندم کشت بعدی، کاسته میشود و مصرف علف کش ها بسیار کاهش می یابد. نتایج سه ساله آزمایش نشان داد که کشت های تابستانه میتوانند، بانک بذرعلفهای هرز مهمی مانند یولاف وحشی (Avena ludoviciana Dur.) و جودره (Hordeum spantaneum C. Koch.) و علفهای هرز پهن برگ را به سرعت کاهش دهند.

بهمنظور ارزیابی تأثیر روشهای مختلف مدیریت علفهایهرز در سطوح تراکم ذرت بر مدیریت علفهایهرز و عملکرد ذرت، آزمایشی در سال زراعی 1388، در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه آزاد تاکستان انجام شد. آزمایش بهصورت فاکتوریل و در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با چهار تکرار انجام شد. تیمارها شامل تراکم ذرت در سه سطح (تراکم توصیهشده 16 بوته در متر مربع، 25 و 50 درصد بیشتر از تراکم توصیهشده) و مدیریت علفهای هرز در پنج سطح (عاری از علفهایهرز، بدونوجین، علفکش نیکوسولفورون در مرحله دو تا چهار برگی ذرت، یکبار کولتیواتور و دوبار کولتیواتور) بودند.نتایج نشان داد که تغییر تراکم ذرت، سبب بروز اختلاف معنیدار در فراوانی و وزنخشک تاجخروس خوابیده، تراکم کل و وزنخشک کل علفهایهرز و همچنین عملکرد بیولوژیک ذرت گردید. روشهای مختلف مدیریت علفهایهرز، بر تمامی صفات مورد مطالعه علفهایهرز، اثر معنیدار داشت اما اختلاف معنیداری بر صفات ذرت مشاهده نشد. برهمکنش سطوح تراکم ذرت و روشهای مختلف مدیریت علفهایهرز بر تراکم تاجخروسخوابیده معنیدار بود. در نهایت، بهترین تراکم جهت کنترل مناسب علفهایهرز و بهدست آوردن عملکرد بیولوژیک بالاتر در ذرت، تراکم 50 درصد بیشتر از تراکم توصیهشده با 39155 کیلوگرم در هکتار بود. همچنین از میان روشهای متفاوت مدیریت علفهایهرز، یکبار کولتیواتور، نسبت به تیمارهای دو مرتبه وجین و دوبار کولتیواتور، مناسبترین تیمار بود.

بررسی فنولوژی تطبیقی ارشته خطایی (Lepyrodiclis holosteoides) و گندم (Triticum aestivum) به منظور تعیین بهترین مرحله رشدی حساس این علف هرز به علفکشها
به منظور بررسی فنولوژی تطبیقی ارشتهخطایی(Lepyrodiclis holosteoides) در انطباق با مراحل نمو گندم، ارزیابی کارایی برخی از علفکشهای رایج در مزارع گندم برای کنترل این علفهرز و تعیین بهترین مرحله فنولوژی برای کنترل شیمیایی ارشتهخطایی، دو مطالعه جداگانه در سال زراعی 1394-1393، در مزارع موسسه تحقیقات علوم دامی شهرستان کرج اجرا شد. در مطالعه نخست، تعیین و تطبیق فنولوژی ارشتهخطایی و گندم، بر اساس سنجه درجه-روز رشد به انجام رسید و ارشتهخطایی، طی 202 روز و با کسب 2673 درجه–روز رشد، از مرحله سبز شدن تا رسیدگی و آزاد شدن بذر، به چرخه زندگی خود ادامه داد و مراحل نمو آن در انطباق کامل با مراحل نمو گندم بود. آزمایش دوم، در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی و با آرایش تیماری کرتهای خرد شده انجام شد. تاریخ سمپاشی در دو مرحله مختلف نمو گندم (ابتدای پنجهزنی و انتهای پنجهزنی بر مبنای مقیاس کدبندی فیکس)، به عنوان فاکتور اصلی و استفاده برخی از پرکاربردترین علفکشهای پس رویشی توصیه شده برای مزارع گندم، به عنوان فاکتور فرعی آزمایش در نظر گرفته شد. نتایج این آزمایش نشان داد که علفکش بروموکسینیل، با کاهش بیش از 90 درصد تراکم و زیستتوده ارشتهخطایی، برترین تیمار این آزمایش بود و اگرچه کاربرد علفکشها در مرحله پنج مقیاس فیکس، باعث افزایش بیشتر عملکرد گندم شد، اما با توجه به مکانیسم اثر بروموکسینیل و در نظر گرفتن مرحله رشدی ارشته خطایی، کاربرد بروموکسینیل در مرحله دو مقیاس فیکس، می تواند منجر به کنترل مطلوب این علفهرز سمج در مزارع گندم شود.

تأثیر کاربرد پیش از برداشت علفکش بر تولید و ویژگیهای بذر گندم و علفهرز شیرین بیان
سمپاشی پیش از برداشت گندم (Spray-topping) ، روشی برای کاهش تولید بذر، بنیه بذر و جوانهزنی بذر علفهای هرزی است که موفق به فرار از روشهای کنترل شدهاند و با تولید بذر، باعث افزایش بانک بذر خاک میشوند. هدف از این تحقیق، بررسی تأثیر سمپاشی پیش از برداشت بر ویژگیهای بذر گندم و شیرین بیان در مراحل مختلف رشد گندم میباشد. به این منظور، آزمایش مزرعه ای در سال 1394، به صورت کرتهای دوبار خرد شده و در سه تکرار، در شهرستان شهرکرد در استان چهارمحال و بختیاری انجام گرفت. تیمارهای آزمایش شامل مراحل مختلف رشد دانه گندم شامل شیری، خمیری و رسیدگی، به عنوان کرتهای اصلی، کاربرد علفکشهای گلایفوسیت (SL 41%) و پاراکوات (SL 20%) به عنوان کرتهای فرعی و غلظتهای مختلف علفکش (صفر، یک، دو و سه لیتر در هکتار) به عنوان کرتهای فرعی فرعی بودند. نتایج آزمایش نشان داد که اعمال دو علفکش در مراحل مختلف رشد، تاثیر متفاوتی بر ویژگیهای بذر گندم و شیرین بیان (درصد جوانهزنی، سرعت جوانهزنی و بنیه بذر) داشت. در این مطالعه مشخص شد که در مرحله رسیدگی دانه گندم، کاربرد علفکش گلایفوسیت به میزان یک لیتر در هکتار، حداقل تأثیر منفی را بر روی ویژگیهای بذر گندم و بیشترین تأثیر منفی را بر روی ویژگیهای بذر شیرین بیان داشت.

تاثیر فواصل عاری از علف هرز بر خصوصیات کمی و کیفی درختان پسته (Pistacia vera)
به منظور تعیین اثر علفهایهرز بر صفات مختلف درختان پسته آزمایشی در سال زراعی 95-1394، در منطقه قمرود استان قم، در قالب طرح بلوک کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار انجام شد. بر اساس دوره بحرانی رقابت و با توجه به فنولوژی درختان پسته، دو گروه تیمار، شامل تیمارهای کنترل و تیمارهای تداخل با علفهرز، در نظر گرفته شدند. در گروه اول، علفهای هرز تا پایان تورم جوانه، انتهای گلدهی، انتهای شکلگیری میوه، شروع پرشدن مغز و پایان پرشدن مغز، کنترل شدند و درگروه دوم، به علفهایهرز اجازه داده شد تا با درختان پسته در هر کرت، تا زمانهای گفته شده رقابت کنند و پس از آن، تا پایان فصل، علفهای هرز حذف شدند. در این آزمایش، علفهرز سلمهتره (Chenopodium album L.) و پنجهمرغی (Cynodon dactylon (L.) Pers.) با 83/21 درصد، بیشترین درصد فراوانی در کرتهای آزمایشی را داشتند. مهمترین صفات تأثیرپذیر از تیمارها بر اساس تجزیه به مولفههای اصلی شامل درصد خندانی، درصد دهان بسته، انس و عملکرد بودند. تیمار عاری از علفهرز تا شروع پرشدن مغز، با میانگین 91/3 کیلوگرم به ازای هر درخت، بیشترین عملکرد و تیمار تداخل با علفهرز تا پایان تورم جوانه، با میانگین 69/2 کیلوگرم به ازای هر درخت، کمترین عملکرد بهدست آمده در این آزمایش بود. در مجموع و با توجه به نتایج این پژوهش، دو بار کنترل علفهایهرز، یکبار در پایان تورم جوانهها و یکبار پس از پایان شکلگیری میوه تا شروع پرشدن مغز پسته، در این منطقه توصیه میشود.

بررسی تغییرات جمعیت علفهرز جودره (Hordeum spontaneum Koch.) طی سال های 1382 تا 1393 در مزارع گندم کشور
به منظور ارزیابی تغییرات شاخصهای جمعیتی علفهرز جودره (Hordeum spontaneum Koch.) در مزارع گندم استانهای تهران، البرز، آذربایجان غربی، اصفهان، کرمانشاه، خوزستان و فارس، تحقیقی طی سالهای 1392 و 1393 انجام شد. در بخش اول، مزارعی برای نمونه برداری انتخاب شدندکه در سالهای گذشته ارزیابی شده و نمونه برداری شده بودند و در بخش دوم، بر اساس سطح زیر کشت گندم در هر شهرستان، مزارع جدیدی انتخاب شدند و مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. با استفاده از روابط موجود فراوانی و یکنواختی و میانگین تراکم این گونهها، بدست آمد. در نهایت نقشه پراکنش جودره در هر استان و در محیط سامانه اطلاعات جغرافیایی تهیه شد. بر اساس نتایج این بررسی، در مزارع گندم استانهایی که در سالهای گذشته، این علفهرز حضور کمتری داشته است، شاخصهای فراوانی و یکنواختی، به شدت افزایش یافته بود (استانهای البرز و آذربایجان غربی)، اما در مزارع گندم استانهایی که در سالهای گذشته، این علفهرز حضور بیشتری داشته است، تراکم در واحد سطح آن، به میزان زیادی افزایش یافته بود (استانهای تهران، فارس، خوزستان، اصفهان و کرمانشاه). علل گسترش جودره در مزارع گندم، به فاکتورهایی وابسته است که از مهمترین آنها می توان به کشت ممتد گندم و شخم خشک مزارع، به دلیل بارندگیهای دیر هنگام در فصل پاییز، کم آبی و کاربرد مداوم علفکشهای باز دارنده آنزیم استیل کوآنزیمآ کربوکسیلاز، که تاثیری در کنترل جودره ندارند، نام برد. از جمله راهکارهای کاهش جمعیت جودره در مزارع گندم، می توان به تناوب زراعی با گیاهان زراعی پهن برگی مثل کلزا و چغندرقند، انجام عملیات ماخار قبل از کشت محصولات زراعی پاییزه و کاربرد علفکش های سولفوسولفورون (آپیروس WG 75%) و مت سولفورون متیل+ سولفوسولفورون (توتالWG 5%+75% )، در مرحله گره دوم ساقه جودره در زراعت گندم اشاره نمود.

کنترل پیچک صحرایی (Convolvulus arvensis) در مرحله گلدهی با استفاده از علفکشهای پسرویشی در باغ سیب
پیچک صحرایی، یکی از علفهای هرز چند ساله دارای ریشه عمیق و مقاوم به خشکی در ایران است. مصرف علفکشها عدم کنترل کافی این علفهرز را نشان میدهند. تحقیقات اندکی در زمینه بکارگیری متوالی علفکشهای پسرویشی در کنترل پیچک در مرحله گلدهی در ایران انجام گرفته است. در این راستا، این طرح در استانهای تهران و اصفهان و در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی با 13 تیمار و چهار تکرار اجرا شد. تیمارهای آزمایش عبارت بودند از: علفکشهای گلایفوسیت (رانداپ، 41% SL) به همراه سولفات آمونیوم، گلایفوسیت جدید (ویدمستر، 35% SC)، آمیترول+ تیوسیانات آمونیوم+ گلایفوسیت (ایلیکو، 9/30% SL)، تریکلوپیر (گارلون،60% EC)، فلوروکسیپیر (استارن، 25%EC) و شاهد بدون علفکش که علفکشها در مرحله گلدهی و بهصورت لکهای روی پیچکها استفاده شدند. پس از رشد مجدد تا دو مرتبه دیگر در مرحله گلدهی، استفاده از علفکشها تکرار شد. نتایج، نشان دهنده کنترل 100 درصدی پیچک صحرایی در استان تهران، پس از کاربرد این علفکشها در پاییز و در مرحله گلدهی بود. همچنین ساقهها تا سه الی چهار ماه بعد از سمپاشی، دوباره رشد نکردند. ارزیابیهای نظری در استان اصفهان نشان داد که علفکشهای فلوروکسیپیر و تریکلوپیر، بین 94 تا 97 درصد پیچک صحرایی را کنترل کردند. همچنین علفکشها در پایان آزمایش، وزن خشک و تعداد ساقههای پیچک صحرایی را تا 93 درصد کاهش دادند.

کنترل شیمیایی علفهای هرز در لاینهای اینبرد ذرت سینگل کراس 704
با توجه به اهمیت مهار علفهایهرز در لاینهای والدی ذرت، آزمایشی به صورت طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در کرج به اجرا درآمد. از دو لاین والدی MO17 (نر عقیم،(CMS به عنوان والد پدری و B73 به عنوان والد مادری استفاده شد. تیمارهای آزمایش شامل: نیکوسولفورون (کروز چهار درصد اس سی)، نیکوسولفورون + (بروموکسینیل + ام سی پی آ (برومایسید ام آ40 درصد ایی سی))، ریمسولفورون + نیکوسولفورون (اولتیما 75 درصد دی اف)، فورام سولفورون (اکوئیپ 5/22 درصد اُ دی)، مزوتریون + اس - متولاکلر + تربوتیلازین (لوماکس 75/53 درصد اس ایی)، شاهد با علف هرز و شاهد وجین دستی بودند. نتایج نشان داد که اثر تیمارهای علفکش بر درصد کاهش تراکم و وزن خشک علفهایهرز غالب، معنیدار شد. درصد کاهش تراکم و وزن خشک علفهایهرز و ارزیابی کارایی علفکشها با روش انجمن تحقیقات علفهای هرز اروپا(EWRC) نشان داد که به جز علفکش مزوتریون - تربوتیلازین - اسمتولاکلر، کارایی بقیه علفکشها مناسب بود. تیمارهاینیکوسولفورون + (بروموکسینیل + ام سی پی آ) به میزان 400 + 40 گرم ماده موثره در هکتار) و وجین دستی، به ترتیب با 26/4 و 03/4 تن در هکتار، دارای بیشترین عملکرد دانه بودند و کمترین عملکرد دانه از تیمارهای شاهد با علف هرز و مزوتریون + اس- متولاکلر + تربوتیلازین (1343 گرم ماده موثره در هکتار)، به ترتیب با 11/1 و 30/2 تن در هکتار بدست آمد. در مجموع برای مدیریت علفهای هرز در لاینهای اینبرد، کاربرد علفکشهای نیکوسولفورون + (بروموکسینیل + ام سی پی آ) به میزان 400 + 40 گرم ماده موثره در هکتار، ریمسولفورون + نیکوسولفورون به میزان 90 گرم ماده موثره در هکتار، فورامسولفورون به میزان337 گرم ماده موثره در هکتار و نیکوسولفورون به میزان80 گرم ماده موثره در هکتار توصیه میشود. علفکشها تاثیر سوئی بر جوانه زنی بذور هیبرید ذرت حاصل از لقاح لاینها نداشتند.
