مقاومت توده‌های یولاف وحشی (Avena ludoviciana) به علف‌کش پینوکسادن در استان فارس

چکیده

به منظور بررسی مقاومت یولاف وحشی (Avena ludoviciana) به علف‌کش پینوکسادن، آزمایش زیست‌سنجی گیاه کامل در بخش تحقیقات علف‌های‌هرز موسسه تحقیقات گیاه‌پزشکی در سال 1387انجام شد. در این آزمایش 12 توده یولاف وحشی مشکوک به مقاومت همراه با یک توده حساس به علف‌کش که از مزارع گندم استان فارس جمع‌آوری شده بودند، در معرض دامنه‌ای از دزهای علف‌کش پینوکسادن شامل 25/0 تا 16 برابر دز توصیه شده (45 گرم ماده موثره در هکتار)، مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. نتایج آزمایش بر اساس شاخص‌های اندازه‌گیری شده نشان از بروز مقاومت به علف‌کش پینوکسادن، دست کم در هشت توده یولاف وحشی داشت. به طوری که شاخص مقاومت توده‌ها بر مبنای وزن خشک و تعداد بوته زنده‌ مانده به ترتیب در دامنه‌ای از 21/2 تا 89/26 و 43/1 تا 48/18 برآورد شد. توده‌های F2، S2، S4 و ES4 با بدست آوردن شاخص‌های بیشتر از 12، بالاترین مقاومت را به پینوکسادن نشان دادند. در حالی که توده‌های M2 و ES نسبت به این علف‌کش حساسیت زیادی نشان دادند.

To evaluate the resistance of winter wild oat (Avena ludoviciana) biotypes to pinoxaden, Whole plant bioassay experiment was conducted at Department of Weed Science, Plant Protection Institute, in 2008. Twelve putative resistant and one susceptible populations that had been collected from wheat fields of Fars province were surveyed in a dose-response experiment. All populations were exposed to a range of pinoxaden dosages including 0.25 to 16 times the recommended dose (45 g a.i. ha-1). Results indicated that herbicide resistance was occurred in major of winter wild oat populations. The resistance index based on dry weight and plant survival was estimated in the range from 2.21 to 26.89 and 1.43 to 18.48, respectively. Four of 12 populations (F2, S2, S4 and ES4) showed high resistant to pinoxaden with resistance ratio >12 fold greater than the susceptible population. But the populations of M2 and ES indicated intense sensitivity to pinoxaden.
